In the text below there`s information about how the dolphins come to the show. It tells us how they feel in their new home.

Before a dolphin takes part in a show it must be caught. Many of them are then hurt. The poor dolphin is ripped out of his familiar environment, the ocean. This is very tragic. The dolphin is an animal, who`s living with many friends and his family, so it`s very hard for him.

In his new home, he has to live in a small pool and has to learn feats. Without his freedom and his family the animal is very sad. By this scientific habitat in a swimming pool the poor dolphin can`t grow old and has to die earlier.  They are going to be ill very fast.

The people, who offer such dolphin shows, earn lots of money. If you visit such a show, you have to pay for the entry. The owners aren`t interested in the dolphins, it`s not important for them. You also can`t see, that the dolphins are unhappy, because they make feats all the time.

 

If nobody visited such a show the people wouldn’t earn enough money and wouldn`t catch dolphins anymore. If you want to do something visit no show. Often there are that kind of shows in the holidays. It would make us all happy, if the lovely dolphins are glad too.
